1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee
All orders are reviewed and prepared to meet our quality standards before shipment.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

3. Order Tracking

If tracking updates are delayed, your order is still in transit and on its way to you.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are committed to ensuring your order arrives in good condition.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged:

Include clear photos of the damaged item
We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages Tuffwarpped is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors or others in your household

Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim
We are happy to assist by providing tracking details, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
